It feels like I have been putting this off forever but I have been crazy busy... Just started working for a boat builder in Florida. It was a long hard road to get to where I am now..

I wanted the L4P family to enjoy some of my adventures. (Try to bring this Marine section to life)

I took all of the photos I post on this thread.. Sorry the first batch is from a iPhone 4.

Sorry should have replied with a quote but you would not believe how complicated the designing of these boats are, its crazy. I wish I had that knowledge.. Our main boat has been being designed since 1998 and every boat being built might look the same but having very small changes that can make a huge difference overtime. It's really impressive..

Thanks more to come..
Part of me wishes I went down the road of being a Broker of sorts.

I have heard that from a couple people but the down side is the 100% commission.. Its not everyday someone walks in and buys a 2 million dollar boat.

The average is 10 to 12 months to sell your first big boat..

Once a year the company I work for throws a Rendezvous (weekend party) for any of our customers whether they bought a boat in the past or are thinking of buying one in the future.

This year was at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo FL.. My partner broker and I took his King Ranch down with his supped up golf cart and had a really good time. Really impressed with the Ocean Reef Club, the place was like a small private city.. At night it was absolute paradise.. Some of the photos I took by the pool blew me away! (No bipod and long exposure shot so thats why its blurry)

Everyone was so happy and all of the events turned out great! For these photos I had my Canon rebel T3i.. Little better quality..

That Aventador was broken down in the middle of the road outside the Club...

I could see how Nerve racking it would be to wonder when and if you are going to make that sale.
But that in it self is the Challenge I like.

These are just some of the big events, I will be in Ft Lauderdale for the last boat show of the year.. 6 ta 7 days of the week I'm in the office on the phone. Insanely long hours... This job has its perks but its not all fun and games...

Yes probably. Same for me, I am working in Jewelry universe and I am behind my screen all day long... but sometimes I have the luck to go to some events. However I would prefer to work on boat industry.
