Batman kicks Superman’s ass, at least when it comes to watches. In the recent box office hit Batman v Superman, the Dark Knight (played by Ben Affleck), wears a Breguet Tradition Tourbillon. Retailed for about $189,000, the watch is proof that the billionaire Bruce Wayne has expensive taste.
Breguet says Bruce Wayne’s watch is the reference number 7047PT Tradition Fusee Tourbillion, featuring a platinum-crafted case. Some of its haute-horology functions include a tourbillion escapement, designed to fight errors in timekeeping caused by gravity, and a chain-and-fusee system.
But what about Alfred? Bruce Wayne takes good care of his loyal butler (played by Jeremy Irons), whom he gifted with this luxury watch:
It’s a Breitling for Bentley 6.75 Midnight Carbon. A tribute to Bentley’s powerful 6.75-liter engine, the Breitling watch features an open-worked dial, giving Alfred a gorgeous look into the COSC-certified chronometer movements. The watch is one of 1,000 limited edition pieces, retailed at $10,990. It’s the perfect gift for a loyal butler in need of some major appreciation.
