Hello folks,
my name is Jens, I´m 23 years old and I´d like to show you my baby - a 2008 Audi TT converted to a TTS.
I did the following modifications to my car:

- Oettinger bodykit with a carbon fibre front diffusor
- Audi R8 carbon fibre side mirror covers
- Audi TT RS carbon fibre rear spoiler
- carbon filler cap
- interior decor made out of carbon fibre
- Audi TTS engine upgrade
- Bastuck racing duplex exhaust system
- 19" Barracuda Tzunamee rims with 245s

And my latest project is the interior, just fitted Audi Exclusive magnolia leather seats with a magnolia alcantara roof liner - pictures coming soon ;).

I´m really looking forward to your oppinions on my car , greetings from Germany :)

We definitely need to see some pictures of the interior, since you mentioned it. Exterior, it is not bad at all. The spoiler is nice. The lip kit is clean. The wheels, however, are horrid. I would make replacing the wheels my new priority if I were you. They are not clean at all. Even more... it seems like you are going for a clean OEM look, so I think some OEM Audi wheels would fit the project much better. But seriously- those wheels are awful and are killing the flow of the vehicle. Other than that- it is well done.

I´m glad you like my ride, pictures of the interior are coming soon, the saddler is still working on the rear shelf.

I´ve been considering changing these rims for quite some time, I haven´t made a decision yet, one possibility would be painting these rims uni color, the other possibility would be swapping the rims for some Porsche 997 Turbo ones oder the R8 V10 version rims.

By the way, which rims would be your choice ;)?

Some time ago i had OEM 18" Audi rims installed, but I think they looked way too simple and conservative.

Have you got any suggestions for me :) ?
I would get those OEM wheels powdercoated black or gunmetal. They would look a hell of a lot better than the ones you have. Or a mesh style wheel.

I would get VMR. They are affordable, great looking wheels.

Very nice TTS but I would throw BBS LM-R or BBS CH-R...if those wheels are too pricy for you. I would get Enkei or VMR or Tenzo R. they are not too expensive. I really want to go to Germany...because of Autobahn :D

BBS are quite nice, but not very flashy, every other tuned up car has got BBS rims here.

You really got to love the Autobahn :), but it also gets a bit dangerous from time to time - you´re on the fast lane at 250 km/h and some grandma needs to pass a truck at 90 km/h, dude you need good brakes ;) ...

Yeah. I'm huge fan of HRE but they are very expensive.

I can tell Autobahn is very dangerous lol. I need to get Brembo brakes or StopTech brakes for my car

HRE are expensive, but you really get outstanding quality for your money.

A friend of mine has also got an B7 Audi A4, he has got Porsche 996 Turbo brakes installed - whenever he hits that brake pedal, you think your head comes off... ;)

Ah by the way, very good engine choice ;)

Haha, I really want Porsche brakes for my car but I couldn't it anywhere...do you know where he got it and how much is it?
I think he got those brakes from Abt Sportsline, one of the absolute Audi specialists over here.
These brakes were priced at about 3500 Euros adjusted to your car, not cheap but worth every penny of it.

Once we were driving at the Hockenheim race track, by far he had got the best brakes.
My Audi TTS brakes did OK, my friends BMW E92 M3 also did very good and our buddy´s 2008 Ford Mustang GT´s brakes were already f*cked up as we arrived there :D

Alright thanks. My brakes wasn't too bad for my car. My friend has 05-09 Mustang GT with bigger brakes and he said that it wasn't that great for his Mustang.

Yeah, the build quality of nearly all German automotive products is very good, might be cause of the higher dynamic stress on our Autobahn.

My friend´s Mustang had got a supercharger kit, wasn´t his best idea saving money by not upgrading the brakes ... ;)

Decent vehicle though :) Stony 09.JPG
