Really? I have experience the EXACT opposite experience, I went into the apple store without a reservation with my MBP to get it replaced since I dropped it and bent my casing to where I can't enter a CD anymore and they replaced it right there with out telling my to schedule a appointment, under warranty.Apple -- WORST customer service I've ever experienced bar none! Hours spent on hold - multiple transfers / no one at apple can take ownership of your problem. However -- they do speak english - suggest you purchase at a NON apple store and have the store (like a best buy) deal with any service issues.
Same with my iPhone 4, I dropped in 1 week after buying and went to get it replaced and they did for free no questions asked.... I have a tendency of dropping everything I own, it's a habit I need to get checked out.
I can't say the same with Dell, I have had my issues with them :bitenails:
