anybody have sound clips of aftermarket headers with a tubi or larini exhaust? I am guessing this will require a tune for the car to run right?

Never seen them, but if someone did, they would probably be in the 5 figure range. Not worth it in my opinion

I am just looking for options other than capristo....they sell the exhaust and headers as a package...not really worth it if someone wants to keep the tubi.

all i seem to find are just their header back exhaust.

Yeah its not worth the 20k. If you are looking to get headers for sound, it'll be minimal. Even with power gains it will be minimal for the amount of money spent.

If you are looking for more sound, I would suggest deleting the secondary and primary cats. If that's still not enough, go with LOC exhaust.

i was just looking at modding options...i am more inclined towards the extra power from a good set of headers over the sound as I am partially deaf to begin with.

From what I've seen, it looks like the factory headers flow well.

You could always thermally coat them to keep the gasses hot and moving quickly.

I really am not satisfied with the current aftermarket offerings for test pipes & mufflers for the Murcie/LP640/LP670. There is a very easy way for better flow, less weight, and possibly a louder note (I have a system laid out, just need to get a car to fabricate it).

IMO, I think that Fabspeed currently has the best option on the market now. I have had good experiences with Titek for other cars, so the primary test pipes should be high quality.

The price of most of the systems, test pipes, tips is retarded.

the funny thing is...a nice set of akro evo or akro wsbk exhaust for a bike costs around 2-3k..thats full ti. headers, everything...these exhaust are also race proven....i do know the volume of exotic car exhausts will be low...but come on...20grand for a full exhaust is crazy...and when you bitch...first response is...if you can afford a lambo...you can afford 20 grand headers. i just dont get that.
