If you want precise numbers get a driftbox! Those things are awesome.

As long as there isnt a complete idiot behind the wheel, you can go way beyond that speed in modern cars.
You can actually take off your hands in a 997 TT @ 330 Kmh and it remains stable. I've done it but I dont recommend trying it.
i have done 300km/h easy on a smooth and straigh road in a F360. It was fairly stable. Around 320km/h, the car feels a little light. I don't think the speedo reads accurately around that speed because F360 should top out around 300km/h.
