Now this is a damn cool thread. How can we get more members from there to join us on this community. I know there is some amazing hidden jewels floating around there.

Thanks, honestly, Abdullah (BFM) and I were discussing this when we met up for drinks a few months ago and the biggest problem here is the language barrier. Even though alot of people speak English, they are more comfortable going on an Arabic forum. It goes without saying that when i see someone who is interested in joining an online community, this is the first place i tell them to see.

Now this should be a damn good thread!! :)
Thanks, I made it especially because sometimes you see a car here that is awesome (in a good or bad way) but doesn't need its own thread - such as this Verde Ithica Mercury Grand Marquis

Left side Top: 4 Arabic Numbers...Underneath, same numbers in english.

Right side Top: 3 Arabic letters...underneath, similar letters in english.

On the furthest right, there is the kingdom's logo, KSA and some sensor thingy for traffic cams.

So i take it the Arabic letters and numbers are a direct substitution for the english ones? When did it change to include english?

Im most cases they are direct...the numbers are always the same but since arabic lettering is a bit different from english, the letters don't always match.
