UR rationalizing again. ive coached so many traders and this happens a lot. Your underwater on a stock so then you look for information or pieces of data to support your bias instead of stepping back and looking at the big picture objectively. Yes maybe it does go down to 9 bucks. But your tradiing without a setup and praying to godl that your right. You cant do that your too smart for that. 2.00 bucks??? lol
ive traded biotech stocks for almost a decade. 99.999% of them dont make money
a few years ago i used to trade a stock called Jazz that was 1-2 dollars. when it was 5.00 everyone said that it was a scam cause it made no real revs. then at 10 everyone said it was a scam cause it had no profits. then at 20 they said it was a scam cause they had no real drugs . At 30 they said it was a scam cuase they had no shot at a buyout. Now at 45 dollars eveyrone loved it.
Biotechs are not valued at their revenues or profits. They all lose money as they are just looking for the next blockbuster drug. Revs has nothing to do with a biotechs value.
The 2nd thing is that momentum is not something to be messed with it has to be respected. Sure you can kee averageing up if it hits 16 or 17 ...there inevitably always will be a dip on profit taking. but does that mean it was a successful trade? entry, exit, setup, reward to risk ratio these are the keys to trading.Kunal Desai

right, you can't judge a hits business on non-hits metrics. and they did the smart thing - they sold stock into the rally, so now they have more cash to keep grinding it out.
