    Default Question about Apple stock.

I have a small position in Apple (31 shares) that I purchased at $92, I have made out very well on it. My questions are, do you think people are going to cash out of Apple and over sell into a bear market, or will the stock continue to climb? Some people are stating a $480-$520 price range by year end.

    Thanks in advance.

Unless you need the funds I would hold onto Apple as long as possible the new iPhone hasnt released yet and the holidays are right around the corner.

Thank you both, no I do not need the funds, I bought the stock for my kids. Did not know if it would be better to sell into the news and then try to repurchase if there is a substantial downturn.

Apple is actually still very bullish. Below $340 I would get very cautious, but its a ways off from there.

I would place a stop at $300 though if this is a multi-year trade. Below $300 and it should go to $210 pretty fast, then it gets real interesting.

They say its going to $1,000. Hold onto it if you don't need the money.

wHOA kick butt man! great job and good patience.

You could always sell 1/2 and then let the rest ride ensuring some profits or you can just put a stop loss somewhere and ride it up till its starts breaking its uptrend

Nice job! Definitely no end in sight from here! I have had some AAPL stock for a while now, my stop is at $430 at this point, but I have gotten rid of about 80% of my holdings. I trade stocks only on a weekly chart, but I would buy more if it fell back to the $460-490 area.
