Just a related thought. My stockbroker buddies have been focusing on oil-related industries, thinking that oil will stay low for a while. Logistics companies, i.e. UPS/FedEx, Airlines, etc. all save a ton of money from low oil prices that don't get passed to the consumer. They should have some crazy earnings for the quarter.

OP - RIG is almost under $16. Really considering picking some up!
Any thoughts on Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. (DO)? It had some crazy activity over the past month. Jumped from $29.37 to $39.28 in less than a month and now back down to $33.40

I agree Mr Carter! A few hundred extra bucks for a few hours in the morning would be nice! And then once things go north, bigger gains!

The status has not changed on the oil companies regarding the fact that when they bottom and change direction, there is a disgusting amount of money to be made...
Now the question is how long that will take... I am now beginning to buy Jan 2016 Calls on these and other small to mid cap companies, once every few weeks trying to bring my average down...
In terms of day trading, GoPro has been awesome, as well as FXCM last week or so. Earnings yesterday brought be huge returns by APPL and EA via Calls. And today and tomorrow are going to hopefully be even bigger hits as there are some big movers reporting.

Jorge, would you mind PM'ing me a few details on where to start getting into the industry. A few pointers a far as sites and programs used. I have been studying various things but would really love to get into the industry but can't seem to mind a mentor in the process needed.

Liquid, congrats on the big month as I noticed through some IG posts you had a rough patch there. Great to see someone so giving and down to earth bounce back with a vengeance!!
I have always been interested in the market (specifically oil/energy as that is the industry I work in) and done quite a bit of research without ever putting skin in the game. I think this could be a good opportunity to get some first hand experience and wanted to thank you for sharing the knowledge and insight. Not many people are willing to talk about or discuss current trades their in to help others thrive with them.
With consideration of the recent upswing percentages and you investing into the January 2016 call area, what sort of conservative percentage increases would you think we'll see in that time frame? If that's more than your willing to share simply say so, do not want to cross any lines or be disrespectful as you have already been much more transparent than most are willing to be in the moves you have made and shared with us.
Also what Mr.Carter said! Any details or personal experiences on good and bad platforms, learning sources, process would be something I would love to hear about as well."If everyone else is digging for GOLD...........sell shovels"
