    Default Anyone Holding GPRO?

Hey guys, I have been watching this company closely. Besides a big fan of the product, I see a lot of potential.

Stock has obviously been making huge gains but whats really exciting is the quiet period ends on Sunday and Monday should have some research reports along with firm's target price for the stock will be getting released soon.

If anyone has any input, positive or negative, I would love to hear it. I own a substantial amount of shares as I do see the potential.

I bought some during the IPO- made a nice return, however- without further products, i have a hard time seeing this as a 45$ stock.

I think you're right about this catalyst. Reports from their main underwriters like JP Morgan and Citi should influence the share price substantially. If the market momentum continues to the upside this can react just as TWTR did after its quiet period ended in the beginning of December.

Expect $50-80 PT from their underwriters and if so... It should get a great trend. I bought into my position today right as the stock was starting to take off right past 10 am around mid 40s. Was really hard not selling a big position when it reached mid 42s but I see much more potential in the short term.

I can only imagine their stock going up. Some companies have released competitors but no one seems to give a shit. I haven't seen their growth / sales YOY, but I think if they're able to bring in a cheaper model, which would probably entice more people to take the plunge, and for many people would probably be a sufficiently good in performance. When that happens, they've cemented their space in consumer electronics and no one will touch them. It's been about a year since the Hero3 came out, hopefully a new model will come out a the end of this year, and give them some nice holiday sales and Q4 numbers.
Will keep an eye on their stock.

I think we'll see some new stuff out of them. One thing I hope they release is a version of the Hero 3 that will accept 35mm and C-mount lenses. There is a company making a kit to modify the GoPro in a similar fashion but it would be nice to have one already configured out of the box.
