Not a publicly traded one. Pretty stupid risk in MJ right now even if you invested privately.

I won't invest anything weed related, only cause every person that i've meet who is a grow has a long record and can't hold down a job, and is shady...One of the places I use to work at one of the guys one day asked me if I knew some who can help score him some coke. A month ago in vancouver a barn was set on fire, it was used as a grow up. The owner told them he was raising the rent so the growers moved out and lit the place on fire.

I'm all for weed being legal and hemp to be used, but I won't invest my money with someone whose only skill in life is planting seeds, not to mention its legal in one state but federally its not...confusing and risky.

    A) They can't legally be listed on a real exchange, thus it's a great excuse for being small cap in such a widely popular market for investors.

    B) The momentum of legalization makes people believe anything associated with marijuana will do well over time without having an understanding of the underlying business.

Let me just say this before I go. This is an easy business. If you have a clean record, are decently competent, and have the capital you can make a killing in this industry right now. The margins are so rediculously high that it makes up for the intense regulation and this industry will only grow. All of this is herbal, no patent pipelines baby so no big pharms are going to mess with you. It's not federally legal, so you don't even have to worry about big tobacco. I would think any intelligent businessman would understand that a high margin, medium barrier of entry, low competition business is going to grow. I mean I've worked with people who made 1200% on their inital in months (SoG Grow Op Not typical), but still. The real question is if they are legitiment why don't they reinvest in themselves of find someone before OTC to do it? If they don't understand that then I don't want to invest in the managment anyway.
I'd be interested in talking to you sometime in the near future....Florida votes this November.
