    from what i remember, the tuna, salmon, and the white flashy fish (kohada? didn't catch the name) were the stand-outs last night. but everything was very good.

    not the kind he has supposedly, although you can buy mochi ice cream from 99 ranch supermarkets and most asian markets that are large enough to carry a good selection

    Toro is fatty tuna. Good toro pretty much melts in your mouth and has a most excellent flavor.
