    For the most part... I am a huge fan of Chicago pizza.

    Apizza Scholls in Portland, Oregon is amazing. I live down the street from Mozza and I prefer APS.

    I believe that this is the only restaurant in the country that still hand makes (no machines) their dough. The result is a chewy yet crunchy crust. Perfect.

    Mozzarella is amazing - everything is. Have to get their early though always booked up. People start waiting at 3:30 for dinner at 5:30.
