The F word is my favorite show of his. Hells Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares are both hit and miss for me
04-09-2010, 10:19 PM #33It is vital that we work to a few golden rules. Always work in a small team. Keep a very low profile. Only deal with people who come recommended. And it's like selling anything else: washing machines, hand made shoes, blowjobs. As long as you don't take the piss people will always come back for more. And that is not to say we don't have that special kind of magic that makes two kilos into three. But never be too greedy.

my first job i had was in a restraunt, one of the places me and the boss did was go out to eat in nyc to get to taste different types of food. one of the places we went ramsey was eating. of course my boss introduced himself and we ended up eating with him.
pretty relaxed guy outside of a job. as for as being a boss, tuff but fair is the best way for a boss to be.- Dave

He's a tough boss and his standards are high. I would be the same way if i were trained my Marco Pierre White. But from what i have seen from various interviews and tv apperances that arent his own, hes a pretty good guy. He is one hyperactive fvck though.
