Hi Ladies & Gents,
I know we have some good cooks in the house, so I'm hoping someone may have some suggestions for me.
I'm going to attempt to make cornish game hens tonight. I've made duck and chicken before and they turned out pretty well, but CGH's will be a first for me. Do you have any suggestions as to the best way to prepare them? Sauces, garnishes, side dishes?
