Fogo is obviously the spot, but I did try a great restaurant in the valley (Tarzana) called Kravings. Food and service was great, if you get a chance check it out.
I wa on some prime rib trip like 3 weeks ago and came up with most of these same places.
No Texas de Brazil in LA AFAIK. Fogo is definitely the default (and probably best) place.
The second option is Libra Brazilian Steakhouse. I'm a big Brazilian BBQ fan, I don't think there are any other decent options in the entire LA area.
