I guess I got the inspiration to smoke from my grandmother...she was old school Filipino farm worker who started her day with a cigar that she rolled herself. I used to remember back in my elementary school leaving for school and she would have a full cigar on one side of her mouth and when I got back I swear to God that it was the same cigar but a nub on the other side of her mouth.

She didn't stop smoking until she was 93 when she passed away from a cerebral hemorrhage all the while with a cigar in her mouth while sweeping the front door of her house she lived in...props Lola (Filipino for grandmother)!!!!

^ Wow that's an amazing story! May your grandmother Rest In Peace and it's pretty cool how she got you into cigars. A lot of people tell me that cigars are bad for me, but when I ask them what part of my body it's bad for they never have an answer for it haha

18, smoking a cigar is entering a new network of people to meet. Always nice on those late Saturday nights, a close buddy, and not a care in the world for the next couple hours besides enjoying the moment.

If you look at the demographic nature of l4p vs sites like cigars international, they greatly different. CI's audience is largely males 45 to 50 yrs old while l4p is mostly Males 18 to 34. So it would make sence that cigar smokers here are younger that average.

I think overall cigar smoking is moving to a younger demographic. The older gen will still smoke as well, you;ll just have a shit ton more younger (under 35) people smoking them regularly as well.

Yeah some of the older guys still aren't used to seeing younger guys smoking cigars. Every time I go into a cigar shop, they watch me like a hawk. Like they literally follow me into the humidor and stare at me. They don't even say, "Need any help finding something?"

And I don't look "sketchy". I am usually well dressed and polite.

YOUR ONLY AS OLD AS THE LAST CHICK YOU PIPED!

23 and smoking for the last five years. I'm pretty sure I was the only freshman in my dorm with a humidor...
you are 23? wow.... I have been smoking since I legally could.... 14 years old :)

32 and married. I smoke on the golf course and before USC home games while tailgating.

28, no bambinos, and single for at least another breath or two.

Started enjoying the occasional cigar a few years back. I now smoke a few per month out of the patio with a cup of whiskey or I'll smoke when I'm tailgating for the Razorbacks. God, bless them.
