QUERY: They don't charge the driver in these things, right? The fine is just submitted to the owner of the vehicle, because they can't "prove" who was driving (proper identification beyond video/pics). So, what would happen if you power slid around the corner? Could they charge the driver or owner of the vehicle w/ reckless operation? What if the person was wearing a ski mask?

    ....Just curious

I tried disputing something because I was out of town when I got one of my tickets and my cousin had the car. They said if I claim it wasn't me then I need to get the money from my cousin and pay it anyway. They dont go on your license all they do is try to collect and then threaten you with a collection company. They supposedly do not report to your credit according to the person I spoke to.
Since a ruler, then, must act like a beast, he should imitate both the fox and the lion.

$65.00 fine - not worth the potential headache

at least they do not hit you for points...
Wait till we hear about a story of someone catching there wife for doing something she wasn't supposed to be doing by seeing her on the red light camera. I can picture it now. "No honey, I was home in bed when you were away that weekend."
