Hi guys,
Thought I would share my new garage build here. It is a steel building 80' x 125' It will be split into three sections, 50 x 80 will be for enclosed toy parking, 50 x 80 climate controlled shop, with a wash bay, meeting room, & gym. Above that will be an apartment/doghouse. I will use the last 25 x 80 for storage for my business. I am posting up to where we are right now along with some very primative plans done on google sketchup.

Wow, I can't believe over a year has passed without my posting up. Amazing how life can interfere with ones forum time. The house turned out great and the kids and I are loving it. I have also added a few new toys to the Toybox I bought a new BMW M6 for a daily driver, a new C7 Corvette for fun and a new 2500 HD for work. I need to get them all clean at once so I can do a group photo inside the shop. I have also been hitting the drag strip a lot in the Camaro, going to do my best to get into the 10's this season.
Sadly divorce is cramping toy collecting, divorce is something I don't wish on my worst enemy. Been at it for 10 months with no end in sight, lawyers, and accountants are loving it. Thank God I have primary custody of the kids. :)

Damn, I just went through this entire thread, your "toybox" and entire compound in general are amazing. Sorry to hear that through the two years of posting you are going through a divorce, sad to hear. Hopefully everything can be settled soon so these damn lawyers stop getting paid... I have got to ask, your toybox at one point you said you were having a 3 day audit for the shop..is the toybox just for fun or do you run a business out of it as well? It really is like nothing i've ever seen, if i'm ever in TX im hitting you up to check it out and have a cigar!! lol, best wishes with everything

Sorry I have been absent so long. Life seems gets in the way of the play time.
I actually spent three hours getting some automotive therapy via detailing the M6 and snapped a photo.
In the background you can see the 2010 Camaro at the lift getting ready for a new rear diff.
At 706 RWHP the upgraded LPE 9.5 just couldn't hang hard launch at the drag strip.
Lingenfelter being the class act they are made it right and sent me a monster rear diff that looks like it belongs on a dump truck.
Today is wrench day!

Also have to sneak in a pic with the me and the woman that has helped my get back into life. Yes life is good!

Well, after four years of driving M6's I finally found an upgrade. I really liked the M6, but always longed for a little more room in my DD. I found it in this new Alpina B7. It is a very welcome addition to the toy box. This is an amazing automobile.
