    35% raise before the cost of living is even considered, plus I go from and IT Tier 1/2 at a large company to a Tier 3 subject matter expert. I like SD but this is too good for my career to ignore.

    Possible move from San Diego to RTP

    Long story short, I have a good job offer in the Raleigh Durham area. I'll be out there for a couple days to check out the area and shake hands. Any places I should check out or any places I should avoid looking at apartments in?
