TONS of acoustic treatment so it doesn't sound like a big metal can.

thats all the pics i currently have, will be posting alot more as i start moving in.
thanks

turn her into a man cave.... er man house.... I see some counters in the first pics... a bar maybe? Put some giant posters of your favorite movies, cars, playboy models, ect up. Put a dj booth in with surround sound and make it a nice entertainer's space
thanks , nice ideas

Crazy space. Looks Awesome. I would do the floors. Before I start putting things in it.

I need a building like that. LOL
Yup, i was thinking on starting to do the floors first and do some maintenance on loose paint.

I second the accoustics. Maybe even look into a small sound system.

any security systems?
i had not even thought about the acoustics. The security system is pretty beefed up but will be adding video to be viewed from the main house & my phone.

Wow, awesome :)!
Now you just need to do the floor, add some paint to it and fill it up with cars ;)
not sure on the cars yet but hopefully in the near future.

Great way to start! Amazing space, take a look at some of the great garages around this an other sties. Take your time and enjoy the process, it is all good.
yes !!! great ideas on this site :)

Some floors , and cars logos on the wall
and you should have a corner to put tv and a coach and maybe a small kitchen just to have fun in your own cave out of the family house :D

Fantastic garage, and I love the cars as well.

Also in for pics of the house, and more of the cars too.

I always liked the idea of the garage (lift, tools, etc.) with the man cave as well (tv, beer cooler, couch, etc).

That's my $0.02

Fantastic spot! You have so much space to play with!

If it were me, I'd put in a bunch of lifts and invite your 3 best car buddies to each have a project there. You have the space to do this without worrying about room, and I find I get more done/have more fun when I wrench on my car with friends who are doing the same.

Thanks

fantasy factory!
I did a google search , that place is amazing !!

wow such a great space! I agree with everyone, more cars! Can't wait to see the house
Thanks , in due time. I am kind of working on projects on all 4 buildings so progress is a little slow.

What is on the second floor, above this garage?
This is the 1st floor , the basement is a spancrete commercial parking garage with plent of windows & hvac to provide many options on what to do with that place including a drive way into the basement.

Cars, basketball, kitchen. This literally not get any better.
Thanks !!!

That is one hell of a garage.
Yes it is, the best thing is that someone else spent over 700k on it and i got it thrown in free in the forclosure,

Where's teh stripper pole??
haha

Start a Dealership lol
the past owner i believe made custom hummers thou.

id put a gym in that bad boy

put some money into this thing and make it nice. Depending on where you live in relation to the city, rent out some spots for car dudes to store their cars. Residual income
the gym and spa will be going in the basement with plenty of lighting. I thought of renting but most likely going to fill up the space with a couple ideas i am brainstorming about.
