    this is a joke, if they really banned those cars, there'd be a lo of tax income leaving the state, an a lot o manhatten dealers closing leaving a lot of people without jobs.

    Passenger limits of four persons per vehicle. Current vehicle capacity is exempted under the regulations as long as no more than four persons are loaded into the vehicle.
    4 people per vehicle? But officer my car has 5 seats. Everyone should start buying smart cars now lol
