    thank you, couldn't find anything on the site so I guess I will have to call.

    Anyone know any good company I can look into for contracting?

    Call the local atj. thats authority having jurisdiction. Every where is different

    look in the town zoning bylaws. they will usually have requirements in there that says how much impervious coverage you can have on a lot. If you cant find anything, call the local planning and zoning committee.

    MN Construction Help


    Planing to buy a land and build a house in Woodbury MN or Oakdale MN or Maplewood MN.
    I have looked at the MN building code but does not list how many % I can build on the lot size.
    Does anyone know right off the back how much % I can cover on the lot size? I know in some state you can cover up to 40% of the lot size.

    I don't want to hire any contractor out as I want to do my own contracting to save money.
    Any one know any good companies that I can look into for contracting out for work?
