Hey everyone, we are new site sponsors and wanted to introduce ourselves. TiKORE Industries (pronounced Tie-Core) was established in 2010 to serve the needs of the aftermarket automotive industry. TiKORE designs, engineers, and manufactures titanium and other alloy products at its headquarters located in Fort Lauderdale, FL (USA).

TiKORE’s products are machined with precise craftsmanship using advanced CNC machines maintaining strict tolerances. Our lug bolts feature rolled threads for superior strength and wear resistance. All our lug bolts and nuts are manufactured using certified aerospace Grade 5 6AL-4V titanium which has the equivalent strength of Grade 8 Steel yet 45% lighter.

We offer titanium lug bolts (security and non-security) and titanium lug nuts for all brands of vehicles.

In addition to OEM specifications, we gladly manufacture custom applications for those using custom wheels, spacers, studs, etc. We accommodate these custom orders with minimal lead times and only require a few details as mentioned.

Product: Titanium Maserati OEM style and aftermarket
Threads: M14x1.5
Seat: OEm, Ball, Conical
Thread Length: 27mm

Do you need to run titanium or stainless lug nuts with the lug bolts as well?

Lug nuts made from steel are dissimilar from titanium and could create galvanic coupling issues when the parts are threaded together. Have you experienced any issues with this over time? Would you recommend titanium or stainless nuts to be used with these lug bolts?

I love titanium parts, so just a curious question. I work in aerospace and use a lot of 6AL-4V as well, and I know that galvanic compatibility is always a concern with titanium since it's not the friendliest metal to work with. Nice looking parts though!

You do not need to run lug nuts with our lug bolts. Our titanium lug bolts are a replacement for the OEM steel lug bolts. We recommend the use of anti-seize lubricant on the threads to prevent galling. By using the anti-seize with the bolts the correct clamping forced is achieved. We have tested this to see the effects of clamping force with and without anti-seize. Also we recommend to torque our bolts to the vehicle's OEM torque settings. The threads here at TiKORE are rolled and not cut for superior strength and wear resistance. With rolled threads the grooves are compressed and formed, where as material is shaved off when cutting the threads. This creates the strongest possible thread.

Thank you, we take great pride in our product!

$500 for lug nuts..

Goes with the product though, $5000+ in custom wheels, a coupe grand in tires, $4-8k in suspension, brake components etc etc. The reason why I'm listing the other parts is if the wheel were to pop off these components may be damaged.

I'm in the titanium business as well, not only is the material not cheap, being made in states also raises the prices vs getting it over seas.

I paid $80 bucks for 20 locking generic, short, open end nuts made overseas vs these. So I think they are a premium, but worth the investment considering they hold $x000 together.

Hello L4P members,

What I have here is a ONE OFF set of our TiKORE titanium lugs, 52mm shank length, basically OEM replacement lugs that will work with OEM wheels for Maserati owners. These are our machined titanium lugs that have been sent out to get anodized blue and are now up for grabs!

*These will not fit Maserati's with aftermarket wheels. Maserati's with aftermarket wheels require our standard 28mm shank length bolt.

Please PM me for pricing. Look forward to equipping one of your cars with these custom titanium lug bolts!
