    I put them back side down on the rack.

    You could start checking it after about an hour.

    ohhh..that sounds good! do you put them back side down? or do you prop them up on one of those roasters?

    thanks for the idea! i hadn't thought of stuffing them! that's having 2 meals in one! =)

    I have always stuffed mine with prepared wild rice and baked at 350 for about an hour (depending on how big it is). The last 15-20 minutes of baking I spread it with orange marmalade.

    Calling all the L4P cooks in da' houseeeee! =D

    Hi Ladies & Gents,

    I know we have some good cooks in the house, so I'm hoping someone may have some suggestions for me.

    I'm going to attempt to make cornish game hens tonight. I've made duck and chicken before and they turned out pretty well, but CGH's will be a first for me. Do you have any suggestions as to the best way to prepare them? Sauces, garnishes, side dishes?
