I am off to a bad start with AGODA. Went to make a reservation for my Thailand trip, booked a flight on what I thought was a 2 night 1 room stay, however when I got my receipt it said 2 rooms and 4 people. I immediately called their customer support line to have them fix it, where they told me it couldn't be done because it was a non-amendable reservation. I told them to fix it or I would have by credit card cancel the charge because I didn't agree to 2 rooms and there system had to have an error because my checkout screen said $280.42, but my charge was for $560.84. After some time and talking with the supervisor they came back and said they would fix the reservation, but it would take atleast 24hrs for me to see the change.
If AGODA is having a flash deal, is this really a special or just a marketing strategy, also if they say only 6 rooms left, does that mean only 6 rooms left?
