As the title states, where do you know of locations/gas stations that sell leaded race gas? 105, 110, 116 other than Drag strips and NJ Motorsports park in NJ? I know there's a Sunoco in Ledgewood that sells 100, just wondering.
there is a guy in paterson that will fill 5 gallon cans for you with whatever you want. also there is a place in sussex that sells it's own brand of race gas. i can get the name of it if you want. also lots of motocross guys use it and some motorcycle shops have it in stock, i know hanover honda on route 10 used to.
haha, well colder weather means much lower intake temps which can equal detonation if you're not careful (for a turbocharged car). I have a water injection kit sitting in my room (if that was installed I would be fine) but since it's not and I like to turn up the boost at times , I like that extra safety margin that higher octane fuels give you.
you could look into buying it buy the drum and mixing it with your normal gas. or you can buy a bottle of Tulane or what ever its called to raise the octane of 93.
I would go with what Mr. Nouri was suggesting above. If I were you I'd rather spend a little more money on some VP C12 or something similar than trust that Sunoco fuel that rarely ever gets pumped over on Howard Blvd and 46. Also VP sells a much much more stable fuel if your looking to actually get anything out of that higher octane.
