There are plans but when thing things start being done under the table nothing is done !! thats whats killing us ! it happen last year and nothings fixed''RIDING HIGH''

crazy stuff man, it took me 3 hours to get home that day.
outside my office:
^ i had to walk for 1 hour in that kinda water to reach a friend with a big car who drive me home.
in some areas the water was much higher, a friend told me more than half of his FJ Cruiser was sunk in

Wow, it seems impossible that nothing has been done about this yet. Why would they not be able to collect all this rain water and pump it underground to store and use when needed? Basic drainage to a collection point, or several dispersed throughout the area, then pumping stations to bury it after cleaning it. Or clean it when pulled out of the ground. At the very least build huge tanks that could store it all. They do it for oil so why not water?

Because no body cares every body is getting fed under the table and there all happy so waste time and money + it is IMPOSABLE to do any thing''RIDING HIGH''
