    Sorry, I don't have any further info besides the German for-sale ad. But since I think it looks SICK, here are the pics!! ****** Just $56K for the bodykit.... ******

    I wonder how difficult that kit is to install, would all the panels just be OEM swap here and there?

    I considered the CLK55 and purchasing fenders/rockers/bumpers from the black series for the converstion.

    Id imagine Mercedes would not sell you OEM parts for a SL unless you could prove ownership of a SL BS and can prove the need for the parts.

    If however they did sell the OEM fenders, Rockers and bumpers you can bet it would be an INSANE amount of money!

    I'm sure it's expensive as hell, but that is SICK! Hell of a way to get the looks and retain the convertible top.

    Just don't rock the BS badge on it & you'd be golden.

    Interesting idea.. but I don't think any bodykit is worth 56k
