Hoon...the original color was Azumite Blue but the project owner didn't like the purple and pink components of the paint. At certain angles it comes off as really purple and he got a ticket one day and the LEO put under the description of the car as a "purple MB"...so he decided to go with a darker blue without the purple and pink characteristics.

I think he made a great choice...blue with white interior really will come as period specific. The diamond biscuits might not be period specific but I think it'll be a nice addition...I'm only going with them on #1 (door insert) and #2 (spine area of seats) areas of the car.

    Lineup:
    16 R36 GT-R (on waiting list)
    13 ML350
    12 Switzer Goliath+ (1600+whp)
    11 Suburban redux
    08 997tt Cab-Future Switzer 9 sec build
    06 SL65-Prior Design widebody build
    97 993tt redux
95 MB Baby Hammer (E320 wide body)
    97 993 Speedster build
89 R32 Skyline Midnight Purple build

    Jon,

Everytime I see your name attached to a thread I know it's going to be good. I LOVE this choice of yours.

Seriously. Nobody does it better. I am convinced Jon could have a TV show for his projects alone. He's the Pinoy Chip Foose!

While I appreciate all the compliments, man it really is a team effort between C2Design and myself. So much give and take...they can say no to me without worry because it isn't about an ego thing...we all want to put out the passion we for all things cars out there.

To be frank with you...most of the stuff that we fret over NO one outside you guys would notice. It's like finding Waldo most of the time on what is done..

I love the eye for fine details with you and the guys at C2. I can personally attest that I've fretted over the most retarded stuff in my cars and most likely no one will ever notice.

I made a huge deal about the carbon weave to be going the same direction on every piece of carbon on the car and interior haha
