AmaZing Venues have converted an old sea fort into a new luxury resort in one of the coolest – and most ambitious – hotel projects seen.

The old fort, known as No Man’s Land, was built between 1867 and 1880. Guests can either boat or helicopter in to spend a night in the 19 th century landmark.

The hotel is cozy, featuring 23 rooms, accommodating up to 44 people per night. It’s nothing like its past; the private island offers up everything from mini golf and laser tag, to hot tubs and spas.

Rates range anywhere from $672 to $1,000 per night.
