Organized by Silversea Cruises aboard its luxury ship Silver Whisper, sea lovers can book reservations for the World Cruise 2017 tour: a 116-day ocean voyage that highlights 62 destinations in 25 countries. The ship sails from San Francisco Bay on January 6, 2017. The voyage includes stays in historic locales, tropical vistas, and otherwise unattainable views of ancient ruins. The cruise is limited to 382 guests, allowing travelers to mingle and develop friendships on the lengthy trip.
Ancient attractions and modern wonders in New Zealand, Australia, Bali, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Greece, and other countries will be showcased over the four month expedition.
While you can be a part of only certain segments of the total trip, guests staying for the full 116 days get some extra perks. Besides extra on-board amenities, like a $4000 onboard spending credit, full-cruise guests can choose three complimentary off-shore trips: a stay on Sir Bani Yas Island off the coast of Abu Dhabi, where they can see exotic animals first hand; a visit to Hawaii’s Pacific Aviation Museum at Pearl Harbor; and an overnight expedition to Shanghai, where they’ll explore China’s warriors in Xian.
Local wine tastings, sightseeing tours, and shopping excursions for all guests immerses them in the culture of each destination, so each day will be a completely new experience. All-inclusive fares for World Cruise 2017 start at $61,550 per person.
