Making a brand for yourself is of utmost importance, especially if you’re a hotel hoping to bring in high-profile clients. But while other hotels around Manhattan’s TriBeCa neighborhood may offer up a relaxing, quiet environment or an interior that screams “modern”, The Roxy offers something completely different from the norm.
The Roxy Hotel exchanged silence and serenity for stimulation in the form of amenities and attractions, perfect for the guest who believes New York City is truly the city that never sleeps. This hotel has a beautiful minimalist barber shop worthy of a few mental snapshots, a private cinema and best of all, something extra special in the basement..
On any given night, the lowermost level is packed to the brim with people listening to anything from a sax solo to a trumpet player, giving guests a blast from the past in the very hotel they’re sleeping in.
Surprisingly, the sound is mostly contained within the exposed brick walls and curved ceilings thanks to heavy soundproofing. But we’re guessing there’s a low risk of noise complaints as most of the guests come down here during the evening anyway.
What are you waiting for? Book yourself a room and get ready for a few nights of fun!
