Buying a Lamborghini isn’t a common thing—it’s reserved for high rollers spending in the upper echelons of the luxury car market.
That’s what makes Sheetal Dugar’s purchase a more remarkable milestone: she’s the first Indian woman to own a Lamborghini Huracan.
To continue to add to the uniqueness of the purchase, the 40-year-old opted for a shade of gold called Oro Elios. This is the only exclusive Lamborghini to sport the colour.
Sheetal, married to industrialist Vinod Dugar, says she wasn’t into driving until she met Dugar. Now she’s a speed seeker, which she’ll have plenty of with a car that hits 100 kmph from standstill in 3.2 seconds, and a top speed of 325 kmph.
The only people aren’t thrilled with Sheetal’s purchase are her rival drivers at the super-car racing Club GT’s, who she races regularly against on weekends.
