LEGO Bugatti Chiron has an Active Rear Wing and Moving Pistons

There’s finally a Bugatti Chiron that doesn’t cost millions.

The LEGO Technic Bugatti Chiron has been unveiled, priced at $349.99 for the 3,599-piece set. Developed in partnership with Bugatti, the LEGO Technic Chiron features aerodynamic bodywork, logoed spoked wheels with low-profile tires, detailed brake discs, and a W16 engine with moving pistons. The cockpit features a Technic eight-speed gearbox with movable paddle gearshift and a steering wheel sporting the Bugatti emblem.

One nice highlight is the active rear wing, which can be switched from “handling” to “top speed” position by inserting the top speed key. Opening the frunk reveals a unique serial number and a storage compartment filled with a stylish Bugatti overnight bag.

Like the LEGO Technic Porsche 911 GT3 RS finished in the instantly recognizable orange, the Chiron gets the classic Bugatti duo-tone blue shade that reflects the brand’s signature color. There is even a set of stickers for additional detailing.

The 1:8-scale LEGO replica model measures over five inches high (14 centimeters), 22 inches long (56 cm), and 9 inches wide (25 cm). It comes in a luxurious box and includes a color collector’s booklet with comprehensive building instructions.

Pricing for other markets has also been announced, costing $399.99 CAD, €379.99 in France, €369.99 in Germany, £329.99 in the U.K. and 3199 DKK in Denmark.
