You’re looking at the Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo concept that is set to make it’s world premiere at the Frankfurt Motor Show later this month.

Unfortunately this concept won’t see production, ever. But you will be able to drive it.

How’s that possible?

Well, Bugatti will be launching the car into the virtual world of Gran Turismo, where gamers will be able to let loose this beast on racetracks around the world.

A tribute to Bugatti’s racing victories at Le Mans in 1937 and 1939 it’s a motorsports-inspired concept that retains Bugatti’s modern styling but with a racing twist.

“The Bugatti design team normally works only for the exclusive and very distinguished circle of the brand’s customers. Now Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo has given us the opportunity, for the first time, to do something special for our fans as well,” explained Achim Anscheidt, the head of Bugatti Design. “When the target group suddenly grows from 450 Veyron owners to several million fans, gamers and high performance aficionados, it is a very exciting matter. We had a lot of fun with this project.”

Maybe, just maybe, this concept is a hint at Bugatti’s next hypercar.
