Gustav said on a post on FB that the Koenigsegg won... must've caught up at the end when we couldn't see/hear them anymore.

Since the race was at Koenigsegg's own runway, they would have to win, or else why make a video. I'm assuming like you said that it did reel the Vitesse in at the end. Can't wait to see better footage. I know at least one Super sport owner who is going to be very upset when Bugatti loses......

Agera R does 0-300 in 14.5 s, and that time was set on this track with this driver.
Bugatti claims 0-300 in 14.6 s, while in reality it does 0-300 in about 17-18s, 3s+ difference

And since they can reach 330+ on this track with the Agera R, you will see a massive beating on the Veyron from both a standing, and from a rolling start. Koenigsegg is obviously very aware of this wich is why they allowed this test to take place..

I believe the race shown in the teaser may have been the one where the tires on the Agera R weren't warmed up. It spun the wheels through third it sounds like.

    Video out!

It should be added that this particular Agera R is actually alot slower than what a customer would get. This is the original 2009 Agera Prototype With 70.000km on the clock, and thats 70k driven hard like this.
It recently got upgrades to newer Agera R spec, however it still has the old,
slower prototype gearbox along with some other outdated prototype
parts, wich is why they wont lend out the car to press.
The car doesnt have launchcontrol aswell unlike customer cars.

Races from standing start will be very intresting, upcomming later this week!
