    This car had 8 channel TC, it was upgraded to Evo spec 2010. But TC was obviously disconnected..

And Yes the driver could have used his brain a bit more. But accidents happens. Don't see why they need to blame someone for it..
    You're really comparing this to a rally event?...

    Yes I am. GT Polonia is basically a 3 day track event. And the opening event (Where this crash happened) is a small "show-off" for people in the city. And the safety on this small opening event is about the same safety as a rally course. Slim to none.
