    But if she wants across the border to Asia/Singapore with the car bought in US, she still has to pay the taxes on the border or not?

    As she is a Singapore citizen my guess is that it would be illegal for her to drive it with foreign registration in her native country..

    Someone already tried that when "smuggling" his/her Agera R to China from Vietnam. Didn't work out so well...
