Eh, already banned that guy. Like you said, it'd be a different story if people knew him. If someone is really hurting so bad that they can barely afford to feed themselves, going on an exotic car rally should be the last kind of charity gesture they ask for.E .· ` ' / ·. F

@skycap Your words haven't gone to waste. Thanks for your input. I understand the issues of identity on the internet. I was willing to get to know people and verify my identity. I have been using the majority of my time searching for employment to get back on my feet which is a reason I hadn't yet gotten into the forum. I really don't belong to any forums, but this one seems good. There are many friends that I've lost touch with simply because I can't afford to go out and do the things they want to. That's another reason I haven't joined this forum or others like FerrariChat - because I can't really hang with people who are doing more fun stuff that requires money. But I've been following L4P and Gold Rush Rally for a long time on Facebook, looking at the photos and links posted daily. When I saw her post on Facebook that people were looking for co-pilots, I figured I'd give it a shot. I've been following her on twitter and love the pics she posts to Instagram. It was simply a proposition I was making, despite the message that I received when I was banned for making the post. According to this person (HazeMyth, maybe since he knew I was banned?), I was "begging" and I have no class. (proof attached since no one really knows me or can trust me yet) I feel that all this was quite harsh and untrue. I am being sincere about myself and my situation and would be willing to prove it if someone can think of a way. Regardless, I'd be glad to become an active member of this community as long as I'm not banned and/or insulted by some anonymous source for defending myself in this message. As for your career advice, I do have a couple passions other than cars and have completed a good part of my mechanical engineering degree. I just haven't decided which direction to go in yet. Trust me, I'm all for the concept of contributing to my community. I've never had any difficulty in the past when trying to find a job. It must be the economy that has caused this terribly frustrating dry spell for me. Anyway, I'd like to get to know people and prove that I'm not a classless beggar.

I agree that it seems a bit harsh but also rather than playing victim understand that the mods have their reasons as well. I would suggest that if you believe this forum is beneficial to you then start out by a simple post introducing yourself as a new member and take a look at the rules here. I believe these are the current rules around here but could be mistaken. I'm all about giving people a fair chance and hopefully the moderators will note that too and give you another chance. You have to understand that people come in here as frauds at times and that makes it a challenge for people like yourself as well as moderators.
You're on the right foot now, so to speak, and coming back shows a level of determination to this forum that I'm sure will be noted. Gold Rush Rally shouldn't be going anywhere any time soon so you'll have the chance to do it sometime in the near future if you're serious. Focus on picking a direction and just go forward.
Back to the topic of this post. Anyone looking for a driver or navigator, pm me as well.“If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”

Thanks MalibuMafiaV. I've been thoroughly enjoying it thus far. Could you get my IP Address ban lifted? I'm having to use a funcionally-limited browser and it's a real pain.
