Anything can be done if you throw enough money at it. Interesting idea though.

This is the first thing I thought of. I wonder how your insurance agent would feel about it.

I do think it's a cool idea though, sitting with sexy expensive cars, watching sexy women swim..... or vice versa. Just sayin'

the effect of water over an enclosed space:

another idea might be to have the main pool drop down beside the garage (with glass portals) and have a shallow wading area above the garage

The pool water would probably look dark too because there is no "aqua" color on the bottom. The water will emulate whatever color is on the bottom so if you have a dark garage, it will look black and creepy...

but the bottom is glass and the garage will be lit. I suggest black walls in the garage with halogen spots on a red Ferrari.

This. I'm not saying it's impossible, but cars and large amounts of water usually don't mix well.

Even small amounts of water, especially with the technology in most cars.
There are only four sports: bullfighting, motor racing, mountaineering, and troll hunting; all the rest are merely games.

Interesting idea. I'd assume it could be done if you have the money to do so. You're probably looking at something along the lines of what the have at serious aquariums. The size of the window plus the amount of pressure they must hold might be around the same as a recreational pool.

This. Someone I know tried to do something similar (not a garage, but an underground studio) and it would need for the glass to be several feet thick! The only way is to some windows! Not impossible, but highly difficult and not that really useful!
