    Default Mustang refuge

I spent days reading the garage thread on this forum. There are some amazing garages on this site, mine is not one of those. I still thought it would be fun to share my updates with you guys as I go along. Let me know what you think.

I started with a one car garage that is attached to the house. The long term plan is to build out the one car into an additional room and bathroom. First things first, we had to build a new garage. After months of going back and forth with the city over how much we could get away with, we got the green light to move forward with the garage.
After getting some bids from contractors, we decided to go with Tuff Shed. No regrets, the hardest part was getting permission from the city and meeting the requirments they have.

    Here was our starting point.

Once the foundation was down the structure went up fast. The foundation took a couple of weeks to get done. Scheduling and waiting for sign off's took a big chunk of time. Had it not been for sign off's, the Tuff Shed guys would have been done in about 2 1/2 days.
Here is what I came home to on day one of Tuff Shed starting.

My first color choice was white. I thought white would make for a nice and bright work area. While in the planning stages I joined a car cruise from the Petersen Automotive Museum to the Reagan Library, this beast was part of that cruise. Since the only part of the car that I was able to afford was the paint, my paint scheme went in a new direction.
