That's actually one of the reasons I've left the exterior the way it is. You would never know what's inside by looking at the outside.

Here's the way it looked this winter, with the last couple cars in.

Yep, that's a '85 El Camino SS...don't ask why. My dad & uncle had a ton of them growing up, and kinda grew fond of them

At the front is the '06 2 door Dodge Magnum- For Sale if anyone is interested!

I need to get some more detailed pics of this, but we originally planned to have the staircase against the wall, so we could get cars in & out from underneath the balcony easier. We ran into a problem when the air ducts were installed, and realized you would hit them walking up, but we couldn't move the stair case over without loosing a space underneath. So, my shop built a roller system that allows the staircase to slide in and out. If you need to get a car out, just roll the stairs against the wall and drive it out. It's made of 3 large ball bearings attached to the stairs which sit in a fabricated pocket, along with a set of casters on the bottom of the stairs, it slides pretty effortlessly. Probably one of my favorite parts of the barn.

    RIP

For some reason, the snow decided to not slide off this winter, and with the huge amount we got, the couple of feet that built up, was just too much for it, and the roof collapsed.

All the cars came out in decent shape, all things considered. They'll all be fixed, and the Car Barn will be rebuilt bigger and better!
