Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to add their knowledge into this thread. I've been adding to my wardrobe piece by piece and can say i'm slowing starting to become satisfied with what i have. I'm still in need of a few things like a good watch $500-$1,000 price range, a nice brown belt, a good suit and some brown dress shoes.
Beside's Gilt.com is there any other retailers you'd recommend to shop at? I'm a little timid about buying clothes online as i'm very particular about how they fit.
Thanks again for the help, i'll post up another picture of my wardrobe shortly to document it's progress... -

Ruelala.com or Hautelook.com are both great and follow the same business model as Gilt. Both places provide return shipping labels with each purchase so if it doesn't fit just send it back. Shoes however you need to go to a nordstroms or saks and try on everything. A good high end pair of brown dress shoes like gucci or Ferragamo should last you 10yrs easy and worth the money because most of the styles are timeless. GL

I am not sure of your flavor for watches, but there are several nice watches in that price range. Movado being one of my personal favorite.
