I got it! I am loving it so far, its bigger than an iPhone 5 but I think its the perfect size if you use your phone for watching videos / social media. So far I don't have any complaints except the charging speed, only because I am spoiled by iPhones very fast battery recharge. The speakers are loud and screen quality (1080p HD) is amazing. The camera does great in low light and even better with good lighting.

I hear it doesn't have a removable battery and sd card. How do you back up your information? Are you able to plug it into a computer via usb to back up data by transferring?

You get 25gb of free dropbox storage. Your contacts can be backed up to your email. Google music will hold 20,000 of your songs.

Or you can backup to the computer.

The editing software for the pictures just blew my mind. When you take a picture, it is actually a 3 second clip which you can choose a picture from frame by frame. It also means if you take a group pic and each person adjusts themselves right before you take the shot, you can adjust each persons face within that clip to find the best combination of everybody in the pic. Also the phone can be used as a tv remote which I hear can be a lot of fun at bars with lots of tv's.
My Droid DNA (HTC phone) has the same camera feature, it must be one of HTC's new things. It's a pretty awesome feature in practice since it also helps if you moved or something while taking the photo.

Not directly related to the HTC one, but my DNA has a 5" 1080p screen. I was a bit worried that the phone would be humongous, but it actually still fits quite nicely in my hand and pants pockets. As long as you aren't wearing skinny jeans or something, I think the size isn't an issue with these phones.

Phone came in yesterday and I am blown away. The improvement takes some getting used to, especially the dual front speakers. I bought this to replace my Nexus 4 and it feels much better thanks to the curved back.

Last pic taken with a HTC One X, you can kind of see how the HTC One's display is somewhat sharper.
