    At the moment, Yes. But slowly ill be laying off the panini coz its got alot of fatty creamy sauce in it. Its a slow start but i can already start seeing the difference! im not as hungry anymore coz im eating on time.

    before it used to be no brekkie, small lunch and a big ass dinner

    I had 2 BK Whopper's, Vitamin Water XXX and like 4 pieces of cake.. thank God for a fast metabolism! ive had the same thing for almost week straight

    Went to BJs saturday afternoon. Lunch was tuscan tomato bisque, mac & cheese (with bacon) and calamari, finishing with this

    Baked-to-order oreo cookie, vanilla ice cream, orea whipped cream topping.

    As for the other stuff, they were almost not worth mentioning at all compared to the pizookie
