Custom meal plans
I am busy but like to cook my own meals. I want something quick (30 minutes), easy to do, something I can shop for week in advance and healthy. Any ideas where to get custom meal plans? I was thinking something that would come every week to my email with the shopping list for the upcoming week. I don't have too much time to dedicated to food, but I don't want to settle for junk. I was thinking about hiring a personal meal planner. Am I the only one here with this problem? I was thinking this could not only solve my issue but maybe there are others like me looking for a solution. Is this something you would pay for? I am going little off topic here but I was just wondering if this is a real problem and what others are doing to solve it. Thanks

Second on a chicken. Slow roast a chicken Sunday evening and profit all week. Chicken sandwiches for lunch, leftover chicken for dinner, chicken quesadillas, pasta with chicken on top, barbeque chicken pizza.... It sounds laughable but chickens provide ridiculously good economy and when you shop sales they can be had for a pittance. If you throw some onions, carrots, and potatoes in alongside they roast up beautifully - you'll eat well and it's healthy.

I think a slow cooker or crock pot would be your best friend.
Toss everything into the crock pot, set it on low, and come home from work to a nice tender meal. It's easy to make sauces and stews that can go on top of pasta or rice, and you can usually make larger portions that could last you most of the week.
