Default Any fans of molecular gastronomy?

I was not a fan of molecuran cuisine since now that I tried a one michelin star restaurant called funky gourmet. I still prefer classical cooking but this was just amazing.

Do you have any experiences in that kind of restaurants or any photos ?

The service was top notch generaly. They described every element on the dish and how to eat them. At the first image for example with the mastic, they told us to eat it by hand, and they provided hot cotton napkins to clean our hands.

This is in Athens. No doubt one of the two best restaurants in Greece with Spondi(2michelin stars) to be the other.

One of the two chefs of Funky Gourmet has been in El Bulli with Ferran Andria.

Still I m looking forward for the time I manage to book a table at The fat duck

+1 The first pic looks like one of those logs you stick in a terrarium for lizards to climb on and the last pic looks like a shell that washed up on shore with sea foam on it
