    409 is amazing for that, im in 385k right now and its like 1800 sq/ft but has a pool that sucks and is in a desired neighborhood where cops sit hiding daily.. LOL. FML i need to move to PLano

    the sub division is small about 70 houses. my neighbor has 7000sq ft house with a unfinished 2 story movie theater 75 seats capacity for about 700k

    Unreal. RE in TX is just another ball game. That house in PHilly area (not even that baller) would be 600-700k easy in a nice area. Sick!!!!

    My question is, what two beasts are going to sleep in those garages?!
